Internationally recognized and licensed songwriter Bradley Arthur Maxwell hails from a sleepy seaside town on the west coast of Newfoundland. It is here he spent his youth honing skills as a songwriter secluded in the back shed of his home. After performing in several bands, and touring regionally, Brad relocated to Toronto and further pursue his music.

Brad released his debut EP, ‘For Your Weakness’ under the name Brad Fillatre in 2012. The record garnered buzz for its raw and emotional songwriting, delivered by Brad’s haunting vocals – characteristics he is now known for. Its' songs went on to be placed in dozens of globally syndicated programs.

His sophomore effort, ‘Strangers’ was released in 2016. The lead single (of the same name) was released with an accompanying music video that aired on music television, leading to overwhelmingly positive response. The song earned him over 300,000 streams on Spotify alone in less than one month alone.

Most recently Brad has toured North America as a support act to multiple award-winning folk trio The Once. He currently calls Los Angeles, California home where he works as a songwriter. He is also recording, performing locally and finalizing tracks for a third album, to be released during the fall of 2018.
